在City Cave Liverpool 中，最著名的就是三合一套装：红外线桑拿（infrared Sauna)、盐池漂浮(Floatation therapy)和按摩(Massage)。值得一提的是，Liverpool的City Cave还专门给孕妇提供专业注册的助产士作按摩服务，以缓解怀孕时的不适和紧张，以及心理谘询。
红外线桑拿 (infrared Sauna)
这个桑拿是小编强力推荐的，首先整个房间有别于传统那种湿热的难以透气的桑拿室，Cave用了玻璃屋，里面装有不同颜色具不同疗效的红外线灯，从减肥、排毒、加强免疫到减缓疼痛针对不同效果的灯色。木制的家俱在桑拿的加温下散发阵阵香味。在桑拿室里，可以根据需要自由调节温度，据说对人体最好的温度是 48-53 摄氏度。
我把手机连上房间内的蓝牙，缓缓的古典音乐流淌在空气中。走进玻璃屋后，看著设定好的“温度51度，45分钟”，为了避免忘了时间，工作人员会把时间（每次45分钟）直接设定好，时间到了之后，会有微微的声响来提醒你应该前往下一站。
由于长期端坐办公室，总感觉心陈代谢变慢、小肚腩也不听劝告满满长出来。再加平时缺少运动，皮肤变得苍白且缺乏血色，空调下的我常常手脚冰凉，可能不只是小编，现代都市人都有的城市病吧！
桑拿室内散发着热气，这样的热气并不会让人感觉不适，反倒有种“通透”。不一会，看著皮肤慢慢变粉变红，豆大的汗珠开始往下滴.. 从手臂，背后，肚腩… 久违了我的汗水！
整个45分钟的时间里，不停出汗、不断补充水分…
冥冥之中，仿佛看到积存已久的毒素、废物和脂肪开始缓缓流向虚空….
盐池漂浮(Floatation therapy)
走出桑拿室后，气色红润、神清气爽，快速冲个澡后，走入“盐池漂浮”，据老板说，这个 1000公升的水池里加入了至少20公斤的镁盐，像地中海的盐湖。
“建议不要用电话喔，让灵魂和身体都休息一会”工作人员再次叮咛。
这里看似一缸水，站在里面没啥特别，但勇敢地躺下时，就直接进入漂浮模式，整个人躺平在了水面上，就是传说中的“轻功”水上漂啊，那种感觉与体验无法用语言来表达。
盐池的水温在25-30度之间，不会对肌肤的触感产生任何刺激，老板说，这也是一个“触觉的体验”，我认为是，连触觉的全部放松的体验吧。
躺在水上，自然就漂了起来，整个房间是隔音的，带著耳塞的双耳沁入水里后，柔柔的轻音乐在水底流淌，缓缓地进入脑后… 这里的一切都是沉缓静的…
长期腰椎疼痛和肩膀紧绷的我在水池里完全得到放松。
渐渐地，似乎进入了半梦半醒的状态，感受不到肢体，感受不到水…在一个唯我的空间里，彻底放空了…
不知道过了多久，音乐停了，脑后传来一阵很远很模糊的声音… 我知道，时间到了。
一小时全身无压放松过后，身体上的轻松和舒适让我心情大好。 原以为，盐池泡过后会让皮肤变得干燥，却发现镁盐泡澡让皮肤是更加光滑柔嫩。

缓解疼痛
