羅志祥早前被大陸封殺，如今他的MV能在大陸四大音樂平台上架，或許意味着他在中國已解禁。而在中國當局加大力度整治娛樂圈、盯緊劣跡藝人的敏感時刻，羅志祥卻能照常出新歌，引發不少猜測。
有大陸網友不解：「說好的劣跡藝人不得復出呢？」有網友更以中國女星李小璐、男星霍尊﹑韓國男團NCT香港成員Lucas、嘻哈歌手PG One等人為例，指他們都同樣捲入桃色風波，為何不能復出，但羅志祥卻可以呢？言語中對往日自己追星的藝人回歸有所希望，也對「政策亂像」產生懷疑。
據公開資料顯示，羅志祥外號小豬，台灣男歌手，是漢族和阿美族混血兒。1996年，以團體「四大天王」出道，後與歐漢聲組成雙人團體「羅密歐」，跨域發展成為綜藝節目主持人。2003年起陸續推出個人專輯，唱片總銷量在亞洲逾700萬張，並於2010至2013年連續四年獲得台灣唱片銷售總冠軍。他三歲時因為跟隨母親林香蘭敲打餅乾罐練歌曲的節奏，被發現有打爵士鼓的天分，其後在康樂隊中表演打爵士鼓。羅志祥在五歲時成為康樂隊的台柱，與父母一起在台北和基隆等地表演；六歲時和爸爸羅忠慶一起參加中國電視公司《六燈獎》節目的親子歌唱大賽，榮獲亞軍。
2020年4月23日，與羅志祥相戀九年的中國大陸網絡紅人周揚青在微博發文宣布與羅志祥分手，分手原因是羅志祥同時與大量女性有染，包括化妝師及旗下女藝人。她曾多次原諒羅志祥，但男方讓她相當失望，最後不得不以分手告終。
