據上海市紀委監委駐市高級法院紀檢監察組、虹口區紀委監委消息，上海市普陀區法院副院長唐敏涉嫌嚴重違紀違法，目前正接受紀律審查和監察調查。該通報未提及唐敏落馬的具體原因。
現年54歲的唐敏，曾任上海市普陀區法院審判員，從2006年任上海市普陀區法院刑庭庭長，現任上海市普陀區法院副院長。
對於唐敏落馬，有網友留言提及，唐敏在新城控股前董事長王振華2019年強姦幼女一案擔任審判長，「法院最後判王振華猥褻幼女罪，處有期徒刑5年。社會輿論譁然。評：沒有這些人不敢收的錢，哪怕是斷頭錢！」
王振華強姦幼女一案，據上海公安2019年7月3日發布報導稱，王振華同年6月29日在上海地區一家五星級酒店內猥褻一名9歲女童，並且造成女童下體撕裂。

另據明慧網報導，唐敏在上海市普陀區法院任職期間，曾積極跟隨中共前領導人江澤民集團迫害法輪功學員，被海外追查迫害法輪功國際組織追查，同時也多次被明慧網點名。
唐敏落馬當天，上海市金山區楓涇鎮動拆遷辦公室副主任彭忠輝，也因涉嫌「嚴重違紀違法」被調查。
