澳航发生一周内第五起事故 航班被迫折返斐济

周日（1月22日）晚上，一架飞往悉尼的澳航航班的飞行员收到机舱内有烟雾的报告后，采取预防措施返回了斐济。该航空公司在过去一周内发生多起折返事故。 

据7News报道，周日，波音737飞机QF102航班从斐济纳迪飞往悉尼。早期的迹象表明，烟雾与飞机厨房的烤箱有关。飞行员要求优先–而不是紧急–降落后，飞机正常降落在纳迪机场。 澳航尽快为客户提供了住宿服务，并感谢他们的耐心。 

烟雾很快就消散了，没有人受到影响。工程师将对飞机进行评估。 

上周，澳航发生了多起类似事件。

上周三，从奥克兰飞往悉尼的波音737飞机QF144的飞行员关闭了一个引擎，并在太平洋上空发出了求救信号，然后在下午3点半左右安全降落在悉尼的Kingsford Smith机场。

澳航表示，所有145名乘客都正常下机，关闭引擎的情况很少发生，飞行员都接受过安全管理的培训。 

运输安全调查人员证实，他们将分析QF144的驾驶舱语音记录器和发动机故障后的飞行数据。 

上周四，澳航QF101，一架飞往纳迪的波音737的 “故障指示灯 “亮起。由于担心可能出现机械问题，飞机返回悉尼。 

澳航证实，飞行员遵循了标准程序，飞机返回时没有要求紧急或优先降落，而是在悉尼正常降落。故障指示器与发动机问题无关。 

澳航还有两个航班从墨尔本出发的飞机也在上周五改道–从墨尔本到堪培拉的QantasLink服务；从墨尔本到悉尼的波音737-800。 

据悉，澳航集团在整个行业的1万多架飞机中，平均每年约有60架飞机折返。 

民航安全局上周五表示，它相信澳航正在安全运营，并对其安全管理系统有信心。
