Manningham市：户外健身课程

11月20日消息，Manningham市议会呼吁居民们参与12月4日、11日以及18日的户外健身课程。该课程适合18岁以上的人们，不需要任何运动经验。

户外健身课程在Ruffey Lake Park进行，时长为45分钟，开课时间为上午11时30分至12时15分。参与者们可通过Victoria街或者Church路南入口进入。该市议会指出，该课程免费，但需要居民们提前注册，注册链接为：https://www.manningham.vic.gov.au/events/outdoor-exercise-equipment-fitness-session

Melbourne市：为无家可归者提供支持服务

Monash市：2022年圣诞装饰概述
