进入COVID-19疫情的第三年，中国政府继续严格“清零”政策，不少大陆民众质疑这种抗疫模式，社交平台上热传反映民生艰难的贴文。3月18日，有燕郊网友透露，因政府各部门踢皮球，自己无法获得出行证明，患上脑癌晚期的母亲无法去医院看病，甚至有消息称燕郊两名居民因隔离没收入，最终因压力过大选择自杀，相关消息令人们唏嘘不已，有网友感慨，“恐怖的不是疫情，而是政策”。
北京北三县地区燕郊爆发疫情，当地居民居家隔离。3月22日，有微博网友发帖爆料，燕郊封控全员核酸十几天逼得两名居民跳楼。
网传微信聊天截图显示，知情人透露说跳楼原因是隔离期间没有收入，压力过大。
网传视频显示，民警守在小区门口，小区地面上躺着一名身穿黑色衣裤的居民，疑似失去生命迹象。
网友“一路行一路风”发帖说，“关于压死骆驼的最后一根稻草。如果我离开这个世界，不是不爱了，是真的负重前行走不动了。这是我人生最难的一段时光……”
据“一路行一路风”透露，其母亲脑癌晚期，手术后两月，她决定带妈妈进京看病，经济原因选择住在廊坊燕郊这个城市。结果刚到这里没多久，疫情爆发了，但她看到政府发布的文件，重大疾病可以让街道社区开证明出行，于是便非常放心，于是她挂好了医院的号，准备去社区办证明。
“一路行一路风”表示，各部门互相踢皮球，社区居委会不给盖章开证明，让她拨打急救电话120或报警电话110，她打110找派出所，派出所让找卫健局，卫健局让找交通局和防疫关卡，交通局让找街道，防疫关卡也让她找街道办事处，结果给迎宾北路办事处打电话，打了三小时打不通，便无奈冒雪开车去办事处，结果没人上班。
“一路行一路风”等待了一天，在此期间也拨打12345进行投诉。后来，“一路行一路风”接到了街道办事处的电话，问她可以不可以出小区，并说他们只管这个，关卡放行不归他们管。
“一路行一路风”详细描述了她与社区的对话，“关卡放行要证明，你们需要给我盖章，他又说你能不能出小区，能出小区就不是我们管。我说我需要证明需要章，派出所那边说你们管。他说你能出小区就行。我又问那为什么去你们那里没人上班？他说上班了，我说我录音了，有监控证明，你们没有人上班；他说，你不要说这个，就说你有没有出去小区。”令“一路行一路风”气炸：“对牛弹琴死循环。”
对此，有不少网友抨击当局的“一刀切”政策：
“这一轮防疫流程简直粗糙，丝毫没体现出科学与协同，各管各的，各守各的。守的不是百姓的是“这事别赖我”。”

“19年春节第一年疫情的时候我同学刚预产期，当时他们正在去医院待产的路上突然毫无征兆的大封控，（我这里正常产妇只能提前三天去医院待产）没人告知封到什么时候，她就比较激动害怕，加上一直在车里憋着羊水破了孩子早产，十分钟的路程救护车一路“过关”用了两小时才把她接走到医院，孩子已经没气了😭”
“中国的政府是真的不想吐槽了，我记得之前市里面说为了规范养犬，养狗都要办证，于是我好不容易的休息时间我就想着把证弄了，我跑了公安局，公安局说找街道派出所，街道派出所说找治安，跑到治安说他们不知道要找街道，每一个点都是隔了好几公里，我就这么跑了好几趟，最后是真的火了！后来治安看我跑了两趟了就给我打了个类似手续流程让我去找街道派出所，然后我再次找到街道派出所他们还是说不归他们管，然后我是拿出了治安的流程说明他们才抱怨着，这事怎么是我们管呢，然后打电话问其他派出所的该怎么弄。我这真是办一个无关紧要的证都这么麻烦，那种麻烦的证的时候的人得多绝望😓”
