澳洲国庆节近2万人宣誓入籍

1月26日澳洲国庆日当天，多达19,000多名移民在全澳各地420多场入籍仪式中宣誓入籍，总理阿尔巴尼斯在仪式上演讲迎接新公民。

阿尔巴尼斯在堪培拉Burley Griffin湖畔举行的国家公民身份和升旗仪式上说：“今天，来自世界各地、心怀各种信仰和背景的19,000多人宣誓效忠新家园——澳洲，效忠我们的民主信仰、法律、价值观和人民。”

“你们给我们带来了世界。” 阿尔巴尼斯说，“你们给我们带来了你们的动力、你们的激情、你们的才华和愿望。”

他赞扬移民在澳洲发挥多方面作用，称赞新公民带来的许多技能是澳洲必不可少的。

新公民中，有环境研究科学家、艺术管理员、清洁工、美容师、药剂师、会计师和天文学家，来自尼日利亚、墨西哥、泰国、巴西、英国、伊朗、埃及、马来西亚和美国等地。

据《堪培拉时报》报导，2017年11月6日，来自埃及的Dina Tadros满含泪水和恐惧地走上开罗的一架飞机，她当时即将离开一个历史悠久的国度，飞向未知的澳洲。

四年后，2023年1月26日，她与澳洲总理一起站在Burley Griffin湖畔，正式成为澳洲大家庭的一员。

“这非常感人。” 她在阳光下说。

她和丈夫都是药剂师，掌握着为澳大利亚带来很大帮助的技能。他们之所以决定离开埃及并主动选择移民澳大利亚，是因为认为澳洲有很多机会，而且是一个有吸引力的地方。
