俄要求安理会调查美在乌军事生物活动

俄罗斯外交部27日表示，俄国已向联合国安全理事会申诉，要求国际调查美国在乌克兰的“军事生物活动”。乌克兰与美国驻联合国代表则驳斥各种暗指华府在乌克兰发展生物武器的说法。

据法新社报道，俄罗斯外交部发表声明：“俄罗斯联邦别无选择，只能向联合国安理会主席提出申诉，以对‘美国在乌克兰的军事生物活动’展开国际调查。”

外交部表示：“（在乌克兰）特别军事行动期间，有证据和资料清楚显示美国在乌克兰领土从事军事生物活动的真实性质。”

俄国向安理会申诉时亦提交了一份决议草案，并汇编一份长达310页的文件。

美国驻联合国大使汤玛斯-葛林斐德（Linda Thomas-Greenfield）27日驳斥这些说法，表示这是捏造和没有一丝证据。她说：“我必须借此机会澄清事实。乌克兰没有生物武器计画，美国没有生物武器计画。”

另外，乌克兰驻联合国副大使哈约维申（Khrystyna Hayovyshyn）也说，乌克兰“从未单独或与其他人一起发展、制造或储存过生物武器或化学武器”。

联合国裁军事务副高级代表艾伯（Adedeji Ebo）重申，联合国不知道这类计画。艾伯告诉安理会：“正如高级代表中满泉（Izumi Nakamitsu）今年3月和5月向安理会报告的那样，联合国不知道任何这类生物武器计画，今天仍然如此。”

艾伯表示，联合国未授权去调查这些说法，也没有这样的技术能力。

俄罗斯先前也曾指控美国在另一个前苏联加盟共和国乔治亚的实验室秘密进行生物实验。乔治亚与乌克兰一样寻求加入北大西洋公约组织（NATO）和欧洲联盟（EU）。
