11月2日星期三大约凌晨5点50分，一男子威胁并抢劫了一名52岁的妇女，当时她正在Mortdale区的 Morts Rd 的自动取款机上取款。
当天晚上约9点15分，一名34岁的男子在Ryde区Blaxland Rd的一家购物中心内的ATM机上试图存款时遭到抢劫。肇事者开着一辆白色斯巴鲁翼豹汽车离开。
11月2日星期三晚些时候，一名20岁的女子正在Auburn Rd的一家药店工作处理现金时，一名男子靠近她索要现金，抢劫后开着一辆白色斯巴鲁翼豹离开了。
11月10日星期四，一名44岁的妇女被一男子殴打胸部和腹部后抢走现金，该男子随即驾车离开。
据称，嫌犯每次都持有武器。
警方随后在Riverwood区Virginia St的一个单元街区逮捕了一名39岁的男子，并没收了一辆白色斯巴鲁翼豹，该车将接受法医检查。
该男子被控持攻击性武器抢劫、严重抢劫、携危险武器抢劫和严重抢劫三项罪名。
嫌犯被拒绝保释，11月11日在Bankstown地方法院出庭。
