美国佛罗里达州11月1日发生严重空难，一架载有9人的私人喷射机在住宅区附近坠毁，机上人员全部遇难。事故发生前，女飞行员向塔台紧急求救的最后55秒录音曝光，记录了飞机失控急坠的惊险过程。
据美联社及中央社报导，失事飞机为里尔60型喷射机（Learjet 60），从德州奥斯汀（Austin）起飞，原定飞往巴哈马，却在佛州棕榈滩郡（Palm Beach County）坠毁。
航管录音显示，飞行员曾报告机身轻微结冰及遭遇乱流，随后飞机突然失控。她惊呼：“我们正在以每分钟1万英尺的速度下降！”数秒后，下降速度增至每分钟2万英尺。
飞行员最后喊道：“我们要坠毁了！”“我们没时间了！”随后通讯中断。塔台多次呼叫，均未获得回应。
行车记录仪拍下飞机猛烈撞地、瞬间爆炸的画面，现场燃起巨大火球，残骸散落四周。附近约600名居民被紧急疏散。
航班追踪网站Flightradar24数据显示，飞机下降速度一度超过每分钟3.2万英尺。
美国国家运输安全委员会（NTSB）委员柴普曼（Tom Chapman）11月2日表示，初步迹象显示，飞机可能在撞击地面前就已开始解体，部分零件可能散落在坠机地点以外。
目前，罹难者身份尚未公布，事故原因仍在调查中。

The aircraft had departed from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Texas and was on its way to North Eleuthera Airport in the Bahamas when it crashed.
According to the New York Post, the plane took a “sharp right turn” before nosediving into the ground from about 8,000 feet.
The plane is a $2 million Learjet 60, according to the Post.
Witnesses on the ground say the crash sounded like a missile.
