【综合报道】当地时间2026年11月3日，乌克兰武装部队总参谋部通过社交平台Telegram发布了关于11月2日前线战况的最新通报。通报显示，俄乌前线局势依然极度紧张，在过去24小时内乌军记录到206次交战。
单日爆发逾200场战斗，康斯坦丁尼夫卡战况最烈
据乌克兰国家通讯社（Ukrinform）转述总参谋部的通报，在全线206场战斗中，康斯坦丁尼夫卡（Kostiantynivka）方向的交火最为激烈，俄军单日内在该方向发起了多达21次猛烈进攻。
在其他主要交战区，波克罗夫斯克（Pokrovsk）方向俄军发动了13次进攻；古利艾波列（Huliaipole）方向7次；奥里希夫（Orikhiv）方向1次。而在克拉马托尔斯克（Kramatorsk）、亚历山德罗夫卡和第聂伯河沿岸方向，俄军暂未发动大规模地面突击。在沃伦和波利西亚方向，乌军目前未发现俄军组建新进攻集群的迹象。
Overnight alone, our energy infrastructure came under Russian attack in four regions: Dnipro, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, and Khmelnytskyi. Substations, transformers, and power lines that supply electricity to our people’s homes were targeted. Repair crews are working everywhere. As of now, hundreds of thousands of families remain without power.
Massive Russian attacks on Ukraine’s other critical infrastructure are also continuing unabated. This past week Russia has launched 1,940 attack drones, more than 1,580 guided aerial bombs, and 44 missiles of various types against Ukraine, including 36 ballistic missiles. The intensity of the strikes is extremely high, and the Russians are trying to take maximum advantage of the shortage of ballistic missile interceptors.
Every day, we communicate our need for Patriot missiles to America, Europe, and other partners who can help. And this month, the United States and European countries made new decisions on additional packages for Ukraine. But these deliveries cannot take years. Russia is destroying infrastructure and killing our people right now, and it is betting on ballistic missiles this winter. Accordingly, decisions on air defense must also be implemented now. 俄军火力全开：单日出动逾8000架自杀式无人机
在空中与远程火力打击方面，乌总参谋部通报称，俄军在11月2日共实施了68次空袭，投下234枚制导航空炸弹。
令人瞩目的是无人机的使用规模——俄军在一天内动用了高达8297架自杀式无人机对乌方目标进行打击。此外，俄军还对乌克兰的居民点和乌军阵地实施了2491次炮击，其中61次使用了多管火箭炮系统。苏梅州（Sumy Oblast）受创严重，共有19个居民点遭到密集炮击。
各条战线胶着，乌指责俄利用停火加固阵地
据《乌克兰真理报》（Ukrainska Pravda）报道，在北斯洛博扎内（North Slobozhanskyi）和库尔斯克（Kursk）方向，俄军实施了8次地面突击、2次空袭并投下5枚制导炸弹，炮击达58次；在南斯洛博扎内方向，乌军成功击退了俄军的10次进攻。在库皮扬斯克（Kupiansk）方向，俄军发动了3次突击；在利曼（Lyman）方向，俄军的9次进攻被击退；在斯拉维扬斯克（Sloviansk）方向，乌军阻止了俄军的1次推进。
值得高度关注的是，乌克兰总参谋部在通报中特别指出，俄军利用了近期在南部前线城市奥列什基（Oleshky）达成的人道主义停火间隙，暗中加固了其防御阵地。（注：该局部停火协议于10月29日生效，旨在疏散平民及运送人道物资。）
乌方公布俄军伤亡数据
在伤亡数据方面，乌克兰国家通讯社援引军方数据称，自2022年2月24日战争爆发至2026年11月3日，俄军累计战斗损失（伤亡）约为159.4万人，其中最近一昼夜的新增损失约为2060人。此外，乌克兰空军正在进一步核实俄方10月份向乌克兰发射的喷气式无人机及其他飞行物的具体数量。
