11月6日，一封上海国安局官员实名举报上海国安局局长性侵其女儿的举报信在网上热传。不过让举报者意外的是，他和家人的“悲惨”遭遇不但没有获得大多网友的支持和同情，反而被嘲讽。有网友怀疑，这是他设计上级的一个圈套。
网上流传的举报信显示，上海国安局官员沈根林称，日前，他带着女儿和上海国安局局长黄宝坤一起参加晚宴，他因有事先行离开，没想到他女儿喝多了，黄宝坤在送他女儿回家的途中，性侵他的女儿。
举报信中还称，他曾试图到公安机关立案被拒，向纪委和监察委举报也无果，无奈之下，他只能将举报信发给海外的朋友，在网上公布他的举报信，以曝光上海国安局局长黄宝坤的恶行。
据悉，现在举报人沈根林的微博帐号已经被封禁。
很明显，上海国安局官员沈根林在网上发布举报信，是想获得网友的支持和同情，制造舆论，希望有关部门还他女儿一个公道。但是让人意外的是，沈根林的遭遇，并未得到网友的同情。有网友称这是“报应”，也有网友认为事件“不合逻辑”，甚至还有网友认为这是一个针对上海国安局局长黄宝坤的圈套。
有网友直言，这个爹很失败，即保护不了自己的女儿，也没有勇气做杨佳，可以去跳楼了。
有网友讽刺，没少玩别人的女儿吧，真是报应！
有网友质疑，都是圈内人，什么德行自己不知道吗？一起去喝酒，然后单独离开，把女儿留下，这操作不对啊，不是暗示吗？身为官员的女儿，能一起参加晚宴，说明也在圈子当中，能不了解内部有多乱吗？还放任自己喝醉？是完事后没有达到目的吧，偷鸡不成蚀把米，有所不甘吧！
有网友猜测，这个案子设圈套引对方上套的可能性更大：1. 去吃酒宴光带女儿的人在今天社会中不多；2. 带女儿的酒宴，自己走将女儿留那里的更少；3. 父亲走了，在那里大喝到醉的女儿更不平常；4. 车上被强暴不反抗光酒醉还做不到。综上， 更像下套然后提条件， 譬如升官等，对方不同意谈崩的可能在中国现代社会更合理。
据公开资料，黄宝坤，男，汉族，1963年1月生，从2020年04月至今任上海市国家安全局党委书记、上海市国家安全局局长。之前，曾在2016年07月——2020年04月任浙江省国家安全厅厅长。
