俄罗斯今日对乌克兰发电厂发动自战争爆发以来最大规模的空袭，导致全国多地停电长达8至16小时。而乌克兰对俄境内能源设施的无人机打击也在加速进行，导致与乌克兰接壤的两个俄罗斯地区遭遇停电，影响了 2 万人口。双方正将战场推向能源基础设施层面，展开一场全面攻防战。

据乌克兰空军透露消息，俄罗斯共发射458架无人机（包括“见证者”型攻击无人机），乌克兰击落了其中的406架；俄军还另外发射了45枚巡航导弹与弹道导弹，其中9枚被拦截。

乌克兰能源部长斯维特兰娜•赫林丘克（Svitlana Hrynchuk）9日表示，俄方这次袭击使用了“极难击落”的弹道导弹，是“自入侵开始以来对能源设施直接打击最多的一次”。

乌克兰能源专家奥列克桑德尔•哈尔琴科（Oleksandr Kharchenko）11月5日曾在媒体简报会上发出警告，在目前最高零下10摄氏度的气温条件下，如果基辅两座主要发电供暖厂停止运行超三天，乌克兰首都将“陷入灾难”。

乌克兰能源公司周日强调，尽管俄方袭击导致损失惨重，但乌方维修工作24小时不间断进行，并通过切换能源来源来缓解危机。

乌克兰也对俄境内的能源基础设施展开袭击，俄罗斯地方官员报告说大规模的停电影响了2万人口。此外，还有变电站发生火灾。

法广报导称，俄乌双方几乎每天都在互相攻击对方的能源基础设施。过去数月，乌克兰持续发动针对俄罗斯炼油厂的远程无人机袭击，意在切断莫斯科的石油出口收入，从而削弱其战争资金来源。
